Suggest some thing i hope all GMs see that

i want to know what are you Benefit to give ban for many people and they didn't play with hacks and you don't have an Evidence
second thing i bought 120k zp to unblock my account and still no .
third thing why you didn't help us or see private message .
i think GMS in other games want to do every thing to keep player and give them entertainment please understand that and don't close thread with out solve this plz.

We do not ban for no reason. If you are banned there is a reason. Please send a support ticket to find out that reason.
Buying ZP does not unblock your account. If you are banned, and we tell you its a permanent ban for something other than a chargeback, you will not be unbanned.
We do help you. We do see private messages. However, we do not help in private messages, as this is what the ticket system is for.
GMs in this game ALSO want to do everything to keep players and give them entertainment. Thats why we ban hackers, for example.

Sir i swear i agree with you but they give me the same reply more and more and i don't know what should i do i gave them all things i have the last ip i logged in and my main ip and all things and after all that they said to me i I violated the game by programs and hacks how? i swear i didn't use any thing i just change my password and go play in game i take ERORR [DO YOU WANT REPORT] when i tried to log in again i saw my account has permanently ban that is all things .
that is the second month my account has been blocked .. please try to help me that is became bored for me
