what can i do if i dont hack but im banned because of hacking(ticket result)

on the ticket it says they will have proof of me hacking, how can i see the proofs?

A hack report must always include a replay for it to be valid. If someone sent a replay of you, and a GM determined you were hacking, then you are out of luck.

If you had received a ban through the anti-cheat software, there would have been an appeal process where you could have asked the GMs to review. In this case, however, it seems that a GM has already reviewed your account and has found it guilty of hacking, which means no further appeals may be made (someone correct me on that last statement if I'm wrong).

Hacking isn't the only reason your account could be banned. However, no one on the forums would know anything about this so we can't really help you here. I'm pretty sure they're not obligated to show you the proof. If you have any further questions, please contact Support.
