My Ribbons Sparkle Pink hasn't come after 2 weeks.

When October's Monthly Mix-up ribbons came out 2 weeks ago I had my 50th ribbon. My account still doesn't have the My Ribbons Sparkle Pink ribbon or the DE Pink Crystal. Submitted a ticket and it was closed and nothing happened so I'm wondering if this is normal.

Follow-up question: The DE pink Crystal counts towards the Real Men Wear Pink ribbon, right? Asking cuz it will be my 3rd perm pink weapon.

Yes, the DE Pink Crystal counts. There's a list of all pink weapons in my signature.

I'm not sure why your ticket was closed without being resolved. I would send another ticket, kindly mentioning that your question wasn't answered and then repeat your question (also, try to be as specific as possible). I imagine the Support center goes through thousands of tickets each day so details help a lot.
