hello i'm asking why i didn't get 25% purchase from ZP
i order 100k ZP but i didn't received 25%
please if this discount is gone please refund my money

If you're curious as to when the next ZP Bonus event will be though, it'll most likely start on either the 20th or the 21st. As the next maintenance for the 2nd November Patch should happen on the 21st at 11pm EST. In times past they would do the ZP sales starting on Monday and going through Wednesday on Patch weeks. However, lately they've been starting them on Tuesday and going through Thursday. (which is IMO better as it gives you more time AFTER the patch goes live to see what got added/fixed and if you want to spend or not.)
However, seeing that Black Friday is the friday after the patch they may do a longer deal or a 2nd Deal on Friday the 24. We'll have to see about that though.

All events will be announced though sometimes they don't get announced until after they have started as well so it's best to pay attention to deal announcements and the deposit/ZP Purchase page before you spend as stated by Shadow. Some ZP bonus events are also specific to certain pay options as well. Such as Razer or Rixty will occasionally have their own special bonuses. Though as was stated the only current promotional is through Razer and is the Razer Rack event that Shadow linked in his post.
