I came back a few months ago and managed to pick up all 3 of the perms without spending a dime....so imo it should be changed every 6 months instead of 12.
Its so lame having to buy the same gun twice.
I mean you don't HAVE to buy the same again twice.... x] I get you though. And I do agree that either they should implement the Expansion for 200/250 coupon totals with additional tiers or they should change it up every 6 months. Though I was fond of them adding things like Bags 5-7, color IGN and Text, Unlimited ZM mag, and a couple other useful items like that in the coupons last time. Hopefully that trend continues at the least. I'd rather have those than most temporary weapons.
However, @epicfail, as Snipin said it most likely won't get changed until February. And when it does change I wouldn't expect anything OP like M14EBR or COP. It's hard to say what exactly we might get but weapons like M14EBR and COP have had all of their skins thus far released already as far as i'm aware and those are weapons that would sell as crates in the Black Market and haven't been TOO over done.....yet. They'd likely put something that hasn't been released here before that isn't as likely of a weapon to sell especially since it's so easy to obtain coupons now. That unfortunately means that a large portion of the player base will never be satisfied with the coupon weapons.

this is probably more likely than what other people would ask for. However, unless they are making new skins for those weapons, I don't believe there's any available to be released that haven't been released before. To the exception of maybe an AWM model or two that may not have been permanent before (say like the AWM-Silenced? which honestly would be an awesome coupon reward).
They do have quite a back log of weapons that were previously available temporarily through the coupon section and have never been released permanently before, that they could perhaps re-code for permanents. The KAC PDW (an SMG) would be a fairly decent example of one that could become a permanent in the future IMO, although reading up on it....it supposedly has the JHP Tagging effect...didn't realize it had that. PMR30 Camo would be another. neither are over powered but were fun to play with though most won't like the PMR30 since it's almost the exact opposite of a D.Eagle in terms of game play.
I'm personally also against any M14EBR. It was scary enough when the Show Your Skin one got released but at least that one was costly in terms of GP if you wanted to TRY to win it. something that is easily acquirable such as in coupons....that'd be game over man.
