Error in IntRenderer().Shutting Down. ?? HELP PLZ

Well I just got Windows 7 and downloaded the game but when I try to launch the game the screen gets black and appear this think that says Error in IntRenderer().Shutting Down.
Some people say that is for the video card but when I had Windows Vista I didn't have to buy one Is this a kind of compatibility problem?
Please help me.. I know I'm not the only opne with this problem, please help

Do the following and it should work fine;

Right click on desktop > Click Properties > Click Settings > Click Advanced > Click Troubleshoot and slide the slider all the way to 'full'
