You still didn't fix this game after a lot of updates !!
i think that you don't care for the crossfire support except for reporting system . and every time i try to send a massage to crossfire support , i always get the same one or tow answers !! why don't you listen to players suggestions , like I think that you should put something like a security code , programmed for users to not open the files in crossfire , and remove every file that doesn't belong to its place , like those who put voice change in game , or changing kill icons , or .... something like that , and if anybody changed a file and then log- in the game , then he will get banned if there is more than just one file .
Even if this way didn't work , or any other way else , no matter what it costs , like making every banned player to return to crossfire , then do it , because we are bored from playing a game that is not fair , and playing with people who don't deserve to play and they don't get ban !!!
But don't you see something , we are stuck in a loop , first you ban people no matter if they hacked or not , or if they did something , or didn't do anything even if they payed hundreds of dollars . Second , playing alone with bots or other games is better than playing in a game full with hackers , and believe me I started to not care for crossfire game so much after my real account ( NixSaS ) got
banned for no reason , and then i played with my brother account in games full of hackers . I am not the only one who lost believing in crossfire , because there are lots of players who completely lost their faith in crossfire for fixing the game .
I am sorry for being harsh and very serious , but it's true , it's time for crossfire NA to be serious too !!!! and i really want GM's to listen to this massage and i really really hope that one day that you would solve this problem !!
