Is there a limit before changing back to old IGN?

There used to be, just wondering. And if so, can i send support ticket to request IGN.

I will change name for a couple of weeks only then i want my old one back.

You cannot request IGN. As soon as they are released to the public, you can use IGN change card. Time frame from old IGN to new and old IGN again, I am not sure waiting time. However I do think it's 30 days or next patch they are released.

Guys I think he’s asking: If I change name, will the name be available to the public right away? It used to take like 3 months for a name to be made available. Is that still the case?

If the IGN you wanted is still available and no one has it, then you can change it.
No need to send ticket or anything, just use the "In Game Name Change" and you can have your old IGN as well. (if it's still available)
