Game crashes in Loading Screen

Hello guys!! Please help me !! i have an annoying problem

Once i start crossfire client and hgwc loads then to Loading screen , it crashes before the Loggin info is shown
with no error msg given

i have the same issue, after i start the first time of the day the game, the game log in screen freezes and it not show the log in button etc... close the game than with Strg+Alt+Entf and stop the process Crossfire.exe*32 with the Taskmanager, after this start the game again and now you see you can log in, than log in and choice the server + channel and wait 3-4 minutes until all modules are loaded, after this time u can play. If you start the game after u have choice the server+channel and u not wait 3-4 minutes the game freezes immediately.

the game loggin screen doesn't freeze .. the game crashes immediately before it shows loggin info and doesn't appear in Task manager

- do you use a Antivirus program? and which one? ( Kaspersky make no problems for me since years other AV programs block the crossfire.exe file )
- is your Computer up to date ( Windows updates, Install Driver Booster from IObit to check your pc... )
