Can you get higher than 3 Hp returned from rings? (in one perk)

I got 2 rings for ZM which all have the perk "return 3 hp occasionally'. So i get +18 hp in ZM quite regularly. I've used perk enchantment maybe 50 times and never be able to get higher.

Am i wasting my money or does it exist lol

i filled highest GP++ ring easy, but never got higher than medium in 50 enchants for hp .. -_-

Yea when the rings first came out they had a special on the enchantments and I bought like 50 of them or so. In all of those enchantments i bought I never once saw anything above 3 stars.....
but i've used the GP enchant every week and have only managed to get 3 High/4 Star perks since then. I really want one ring with all 5 Star HP perk and eventually another one with all +1s Extended Combo 5 stars.

I honestly think it's a waist of ZP. Money for old rope seems to go along way here lol.

Yes, u can get more than 3hp returned from the ring. I have 2 of them and i'll get 17hp back so far.
