About FPS drops!!!!!!!!!!

I don't know how, but when I started the game the FPS seems to be ok. And then the FPS started to drop like from 200 to 60fps. I don't know if v-sync is available for CF or ???.
I'm using a GTX 1060, i5-6500, 16GB RAM, SAMSUNG EVO 750.

Did you record? My FPS drops like that if I start recording.

The game isn't well optimized so everyone will get fps drops there and then plus the game does worse on Windows 10 supposely.

It isn't your hardware, it's the game.
