It means your account is created after 3rd of August 2011 and they blocked your account from making new crossfire accounts. I've the same thing with new accounts, but I got older accounts also so I'm good. For me it's that Crossfire Europe came so they blocked new accounts on here for my region too. rip

People who paid for this game get blocked for nothing!? Thats not fair !

P.S. If you are talking about get blocked like a permanent ban - then is other issue - you should adress a support ticket and ask for the reason ....

But in your print screen there is no error, you have created a new account BUT game won't let you play with-it, so if you have an older account created before 03.aug.2011 - that is the account you can play

my account is created in 2015 as i think and i bought zp and sping and get vip and play until they blocked red zone
thats not fair to block all accounts which created after 2011 WHY!?
at least give me back my money or make exceptions like unblock players who spent his money Right?

If you are the creator of the account ByeBye. you should never be able to buy zp. Write a support ticket and provide them the data they need.
