how long does it normaly take till a ticket is watched?
reported a cheater like 2 weeks ago , "high" rank and vip. was cheating blatantly in ghost mode - going through walls , speeding and aim assist.
hes still not banned and ticket not rewieved/still open.
im asking myself , is it even worth to report ppls if they are still able to play weeks after the report?
No hate or callout w/e, but come on...
this is not the way to handle it . just my opinion as an vet player for years.

assuming you put it through the actual Hack Report system and not just a regular Support Ticket. Then the answer to that is....you'll never likely know. They RARELY even change/add a status to the Hack Reports. I've only ever seen people post pictures of the hack report status section having anything other than blank in it.
If you reported through the regular support tickets....then you're likely going to need to re-submit through the Hack Report cause some ordeal between keeping regular support and hack reports separated and what not. the only times i've seen people told to report hacks/hack reports accepted through regular support ticket is when the hack report system is glitching and not letting them send in their reports on it
However, I can say that the regular hack report system is still often times very slow. But I do know that people do get banned from it but more importantly they are testing something out that includes a bit of a new system that is working for now anyways (although i'm sure they're like hydras where you get one hacker account banned and 3 more pop up in it's place =/ ). It'll be interesting to see how this project things goes as it continues with more and more people being given access...
hopefully they begin working to change how the actual Hack Reporting here on the website side works too....but it's certainly going to be a slow process for that too... -
was actually a "ha.cking report" - so for me, as a player i kinda expect that things like that are going to be reviewed and punished. as for the game itself its super important - cuz we , the players ingame , are actually the ones ,who catching the cheaters live and on replay. if the anti cheat does not catch it, for whatever reason.
they should focus more on this, way more.
i hope this is not going to be closed from a mod until a GM has responded. -
As I said in another thread, and as Ixith hinted at in his post, "Hack report tickets do get looked at, so you should continue to report hackers. The GMs are actively working on improving the hack reporting system. I know most of you can't see what the GMs have been working on, but I ask that you have a little faith."Apperently it is normal that they are still not reviewed after several months, mine are also open...
There needs to be a better system, some good suggestions have been made but also not answered. -

Im sure you are doing something and not lazy, but indeed it is hardly visible. The number new hackers should be reduced.
What are your opinion on mobile verification at acc creation? Over time less hackers ingame and less report which then could be reviewed faster... -

My only thought is, it can't be the only way to verify, since people have alt accounts (myself included) and some people don't have phones (crazy, but true). It would be nice if mobile verification was one of the ways we could recover accounts (I know a lot of people don't remember their account creation date, and this would be a great alternative). Anyway, I recommend you post this in the Suggestion forum and see what other players think.
