Charged ZP only got once

Hello, I recharged ZP twice today at $17.49 each time. I only received one payment of the 20000 zp and still missing another 20000 zp. I don't know if this is the right thread or area but I would like this issue resolved asap please.

U cant solve this issue here on the forums , u need to make a ticket to support section and also upload some screenshots as evidence of ur transactions.
