In a way I would say the AK Sliver..
NOW HERE ME OUT BEFORE YOU ATTACK ME, yes many people have gotten it during the time it was out including myself BUT there's no way to get it now meaning once we advances further in the CF years no one will have this gun in the newer era so technially in a way it''s up there in the rare status. -

There aren't really rare AK's anymore. People here are saying AK Xmas, just wait a month or 2 :P Besides the ak gilded skull, probably the AK-Blue Pottery? idk how rare that gun is but it's not often that I see people using it. Also no one has the ak-w0w/w0w set permanently. Teamw0w or stdx got them temporarily even though Flipsid3 got them permanently ;-; they deserved them though. Second place internationally is something.

Yea AK Xmas isn't up there anymore in rarity....it was in one of the Xmas in July crates this past July. I won it as i'm sure many others did as well.
AK St. Patricks also isn't up there I wouldn't say as it was released in the AK Mega pack that was on sale during the summer as well.
AK Blue Pottery might be a tiny bit rarer than those 2 now but even it's been released a few times so possibly not and certainly isn't the rarest.
AK47 Russia is probably rarer than those 3 though, but still not too rare since it was a Bingo prize in August. (most people probably went for the Nobles, the M4 Goldfire, and then the AK74 Halloween before the AK47 Russia.)
I'd say others nailed it with AK-w0w and AK47-S Guilded Skull perm -

No spring weapons are considered rare anymore ever since they threw away those crates on summer weekends. -

They have re released almost every ak 47, so it's hard to say which one is rarest. I think the one's that are really up there currently even with the re releases are probably
Number 1 for sure: ak 47 w0w
the rest that are somewhat rare are
Ak 47 Blue Pottery
Ak 47 St Pattrick
Ak 47 Chroma (Unlikely, this one came in with storm over 34 people have it)
and I'm only talking about a regular ak, not silenced or knifed. -

Barrett Legendary dragon Meeeeeeehh don't really like the skin, but I would take the peony or divine dragon at any time

Until they release it again in a cheap-af crate and every mido gets it.
Tbh, I can't rely on the theory you mentioned anymore. CF dissapointed the old players quite too often. Just to mention a few: X-Mas 2010 Crates, M4 Golden-Tiger Crates, (formerly this was only available by winning CF Film Festivals & similar).
IMO a weapon's rarity status is only a temporary property that is supposed to change in (near) future.
