Arms of Fire Ribbon

I have a little question, if u own already 3 guns for arms of fire ribbon and u get temporary m4a1 phoenix and temporary ak phoenix from zm, u may get the ribbon?

It literally says "You own 5 permanent and unique HellFire, Flame, Magma or Phoenix weapons."
So what do you think?

I own 4 Glorious Phoenix weapons though, and the M4A1 Phoenix, still no ribbon. #unfair?

The glorious phoenix series don't count as fire-type weapons? 0.0

They should actually, as they're also called Phoenix... hmmm He might have some duplicates?
