I just won a " RARE ITEM" from the new goodbye revolver create..
but why did it remove the rare item from the list on the left? and why did I not win any rare item??

The only way that u can get help is if u have a screenshot with "win rare item" and send it
to support in a ticket where u also should explain what happend.Good luck.

The winning ball is in the winning slot, which indicates the " win rare item " if you didn't know ;P

The winning ball is just Illusion. All what you won is a namecard and 2 Times 1k GP.

There is no "Winning ball" - the gold ball you see is purely decoration.

that gutted me while reading lol , as winnetou said, the only way is that you had a screenshot of hitting the gold ball.

unlike what the others said. yes the gold ball is the winning ball, HOWEVER your screenshot shows the revolver after it's been reset from firing your first spin. What this means is that if the gold ball is in the top chamber before you spin, that is irrelevant. What you need is the gold ball being the one to be shot out right as the spin is ending and before you get your rewards. in other words when you can only see 7 out of 8 balls and they are all the white with red stripes and the top ball is missing...it means you'll win.

Now like others have said....if your pic showed the win rare item message but a rare item wasn't in the list on the right side of the screen....then it'd be pic worthy and reportable to support with success. However, if you truly feel you won something but didn't get it due to a glitch...send in a support ticket anyways as they should have logs and will be able to look this up.

You mean the list on the right ? Are you trying to fool somebody ? I see 1000 GP x 2 and namecard
