i sent ticket with the info and they said they they have put the new email when i try to recover it with the new email it says the account isn't available for recovery

Double check your ticket. Did they confirm they put the new email, or did they ask you to confirm the spelling of that new email?

they cofirmed that they put the new email and the ticket is closed now
