gmx ribbon "where soldiers side win" not activated

from 3-4 month i try to get this ribbon after i do above 100 hmx game where soldier wins but not activated and i send ticket to support and they told me u will earn it when u eligible for it
in last event i take my chance and do another like wins and should i have over 150 win and each game of them has 6-12 player(i count only games contains more than 6 player)tivae
but until now not activated!! i waited for last update to see the result but still not activated.
so send another ticket or what?

i'am prestty sure that this ribbon have a bug, because i have the same issue like you since month, i send a ticket to the support and it doesnt help, only a bot reply,
they not care...

These ribbons don't seem to be working properly and they are aware of it. According to sslord's assumption - which I believe is true - only accounts made after CF 2.0 can get those ribbons currently. In other words, if your account is old, you can't get that ribbon right now, and if its new (like 1 or 1.5 years old at max I believe) you can. You should wait until they fix them.

hope they solve this fast but according to ur reply i create my account since Mar, 2014
