Loadouts
Hello bois, gals, and things,
I and many others like to play different modes in CrossFire. Some modes require some different types of weapons, items, and chars. In ZM, you equip your MGs, OP SGs, items that reduce the damage, chars that walk slightly faster on ZM, etc. But when you're done with ZM, you're going to SnD and take a long time to change chars, items, weapons, etc. So why not make something that takes way less time, like loadouts?
•Add loadout button on Storage Tab.
-With loadouts, you could put whatever weapons on your bags, items and chars, and then save that loadout.
Example:
Bag 1
Bag 2
That is your loadout. Those are the weapons you use the most. So you create your loadout with them and save it, if you change your weapons because you want to try others, and decide to go back to your normal weapons, instead of putting it 1 by 1 you can just click on your saved loadout and the weapons auto set. Not only does it save your bag, it also saves the char and items you have equipped.
•Being able to change the name of the loadouts.
-Could be helpful, naming it GM (GM weapons), ZM (ZM weapons), TD (TD weapons), etc.
•Up to 3 saved loadouts.
-I don't think people play that many different modes. So 3 would be enough. Maybe making a purchasable item where you could add more loadouts.
Some questions you might have:
‣When you click the 'Char' tab there is a button next to it, where does it go?
It can go to the bottom left of the rectangle where the char is standing.
‣What if a temporary item/weapon runs out?
If the item is currently in the Item Shop, a message should pop up saying that X items are gone, if you would like to buy them again or just ignore the message, and those items would obviously be removed from the loadout.
That is all I have in mind, if you think something is wrong, should be changed or added, feel free to reply saying it.

So, in theory, the loadout thing would swap all of your bags, saving you the effort?
I mean, I'd love that, but there's just that many weapons in the database. And for people with huge storages, they'd need a huge list of loadouts.
Needless to say, I do support this. -

Limited number of loadouts (Say 25), data stored locally, get an error if you try and equip a weapon not in your storage, simples :P
But yeah great idea, I hate having to put my bags back to normal after switching them around for stuff. +1 -
a great idea IMO just like the idea of Marcos you use them when you need them by pressing just a button but isn't 3 loadouts a bit too few? I mean some players have plenty of guns for each mode in Cf so it would be nice if the numbers of loadouts was a bit more.but keeps a +1

arent this loadouts too similar to bags? and how would u save reduction items or other char items like rifle mag, mg mag on a loadout?
Would be the same as saving the bags. You choose a char, you put whatever items you want on that char and save the loadout. It would save the Bags, and the Char with the items on it. As for items in the Items tab, it doesn't need to be saved because you can leave those items turned on the whole time. -
+1 I'd LOVE the idea of having a load out.
Especially if it was like Char + char items + all bags = Load Out. And then you could just hit a button and go from S&D char and bags to ZM char and bags. Like instead of having mostly rifles i'd have at least 4 bags packed with Anti-Zombie weapons and ZM boosters. A GM Loadout with silenced weapons set in all bags. And maybe a Tourny rules style load out (not that i'd ever use it...) would have weapons that match that set up. And then I wouldn't have to go into my storage when switching from S&D/GM to Zombie and make sure I have at least 1 Anti-Zombie weapon equipped. Like instead I could just hit Loadout #2 where all my ZM stuff is and then easily have a choice of anti-zombie weaponry without having to set it all up each and every time I go to ZM. -
+1
I had this same idea in the last events when playing ZM. I was thinking all the time 'man, how convenient it would be if I could save this weapons+this char+this damage reducting items in a single bag so I didnt have to change it myself EVERYTIME I play these modes.'
