Does it count for arms of fire ribbon or not?
And where we can find a list with all guns that count?

The Description says "HellFire, Flame, Magma or Phoenix weapons", so I'd imagine Golden Phoenix stuff does not count. (Or the description needs some updating.)

And from my knowledge, there isn't really a list, per se. It's usually just folks saying which guns counted for them, and then go from there.

The Armsel Striker Golden Phoenix counted for me, when I first got my Ribbon. At the time I got my Ribbon, I only had Thompson Hellfire, Mauser Hellfire, M4A1 Phoenix, Dual Colt Magma and the Striker Golden Phoenix.
