What's up with my ping?

So I should get 18-25 on CF NA/UK but it jumps alot and can even reach to the 100's somehow..

now on CF EU my ping is 8-12 with no jumps.

On others game my ping usually stays at where it should be with it being around the 20's or 30's, there's barely any spikes unless it's from my end or the game.

So why in CF NA/UK do I get really horrible lag spikes that happen often which doesn't occur in CF EU? Just really confused...

additional:
now I can't double zoom without my fps dropping which is even more stupid and now I can barely snipe since now I need to predict where the player will be due to the frozen screen.
THIS IS ALSO not an issue I find in CF EU..

Mainly because the servers are well outdated and could possibly look like these, true story.

As far as i know these haven't been upgraded since 2014 and been left to rot.

Oh cool didn't realise you had information on the inner workings of Z8Games.

OT: It was fine a few months back for a while. My ping went down to 19 but at the next patch went straight back up to between 30 and 40 with the occasional jump to ~80

going a bit off topic .... How long did you spend in writing every letter by a different color?! Lol

for me , as a german, my ping is going up and down since 2 months at around 7pm for like 5 hrs to 200+
dunno if its my connection cuz on ts its stable all the time or its the game/servers...

Your not the only one, my normal ping is 11 and it spikes to 200 sometimes.
