Usually when I enter contests trough the support system, the ticket gets closed and I get a reply back with "thank you for participating"

This time my ticket is still open, I was wondering if this is the same for everyone who joined (costume contest)

All my tickets are open, never get closed either get any reply for them.

If it is for the Halloween Outfit Contest, then no they don't reply to those tickets

From my experience the support is rather useless.. they dont even read what u say, and reply in a copy paste way..

Send in a Ticket on the 16th, has been open since yesterday, got a nonesense reply now its closed.
