High ping in uk server

this only recently started happening my ping was fine for a few hours today but now its 150 or more in the uk server and i am from the uk i thought it was my internet so i tried some things to fix it but i went into some other games that i play and my ping in there is 20 or less so what is the problem ?

I've that sometimes when I'm listening to music on YouTube and play crossfire. If I close browser everything is fine.
Maybe it's that?

its not that i have over 6 upload speed it went back to being fine after 2 hours last night but its werid how it randomly happen to me and when i go to another game my ping is fine
