Crossfire Ribbons Help??

I've been playing CF for a while, and I noticed that I still do not have the "Good Samaritan" ribbon yet.

Do any of you guys know how to get that ribbon?

you shouldn't ask for it too like if you are active and helpful don't ask for it just wait and they gonna give it to you
