I can't say I've been on this game long enough to remember one of those. Hmm.
A clan mark creation event would be too difficult to host, especially since there are thousands of clans at this point. Also plagiarism.

Do you mean something like make your own Clan Mark? Like use your own GFX art you created?
If so that'd be cool, but no idea how it would work :P
