Crossfire XIGNCODE

So, whenever I open crossfire, it works perfectly but when I exit it/log out and try to join again, it launch and the patcher run too but after the patcher run and finish, the XIGNCODE bar in the ride side of my screen doesn't appear and I waited +15 mins and it didn't appear and the game didn't open, i tried to reinstall it but it didnt work too so is it from my system?, is there a solution to fix this problem?, everytime I have to close my laptop then open it again to open crossfire, it only open once so idk how to fix this.

Usually help to close all other running programs then launch crossfire as administrator.

how to know my hardware configuration?, I tried to use task manager and closed all opened apps and tried it but not working.
