Cant report

i want to report a hacker i just had to put up with in castle S&D, his name is .BAPE. i have replay saved but cant submit hacker report because site is down, sad thing is everyone in the lobby knew he was hacking and blacklist refused to kick him because they would have lost without him, and a player named TERM1NATOR was talking trash all game and said win at all costs, he supported the hacker carrying his team, i really hope you GM/Admins review these video files and ban all the hackers even the ones im not submitting a hacker report about because there was 3 hackers on blacklist and none got kicked, but sadly i dont like desertions on my record so i just have to stay in the match and constantly die by hackers, its unfair to me and others who have always played fairly.
