you said that we will get our draws in the new bingo event but i didn't receive it , and when i asked in old thread grumpy told me to send i ticket and the answer was [removed.] woooooooow how this could happen , when i remember that i waste 60 H for nothing this make me very happy woow
well i know that i will didn't get anything and you will said that this mean that i didn't qualify for the rewards
finally thanks for our useless GM and supports too

From what I have here, it doesn't look like you were on the list of missed users. Which means either you didn't qualify, or you received them last event. Please stick to the ticket system though for concerns about individual accounts.

well i didn't receive it so this form your point mean that i didn't played more than 60 and this not true depending on your tracker system

from my old experience i am sure that i will get the same answer from the ticket system
i want say something i never talk unless i am sure from what i did and i didn't Photoshop or something this your tracker
the problem is from your side your tracker said that i did it but your support system say no
