Wow. It yet again shows how unpersonal our support has become. I really thought i would get an answer on that... Or a suggestion... or a solution - lol -

IDK what to do now. If ''Bad luck'' is the answer i'd be really mad... Would be cool if a Staff member would have a look at this!

As mentioned in the ticket response (which has been removed per the rules of the forum), this issue of never ending rooms is one that is already known. However, we are unsure of what causes it at this time and are still investigating this issue. However, playing in a never ending room will not get you exp and will not count towards most events. Mainly because you have to finish a game to get exp or count in events, and the game itself doesn't finish. If you find yourself in one of these rooms, the best option is NOT to try and abuse it by playing continuously in it, but to leave it immediately as it will get you nothing.
