What are you guys doing?
I find it so hilarious how you guys run this game, Jesus Christ. You guys can't do anything right, same goes for all the other CrossFire regions beside China. As long it's money involved, you guys focus on that. But getting rid of hackers, fixing the game problems, listening to the community and answer to support tickets. Apparently there's no time for customer service and to make the game better and fair.
There has been plenty of hackers that has been reported several times by many users, and these hackers has managed to play over 300-400 matches on ranked or regular match WITHOUT BEING BANNED! So yeah the anti-cheat is obviously "good", and it seems like the company doesn't do anything to deal with these types of situations. Is because they are lazy? Do they care? Are they only in for the money to milk every player dry before the games goes bye bye?
Playing the game isn't the big part any longer, people find opening capsules way more enjoyable and exciting. So the community seem to have a gambling or money problem apparently. I mean it's kinda sad that people spend large portion of their money on this rigged machine. And instead of coming up with some decent events and good content update, you rather add more pay 2 win items or capsules that has an insane price tags. Good, you won a weapon in the capsules shop, too bad the game is broken with hackers around it.
Does the community get involved to talk about this types of problems? No they don't. They either quit the game, stay quiet about it or they just think everything is "okey" as it is.
So many players on this game support hackers. They're like gods in-game, the regular players doesn't kick them at all. And if regular players try to kick these hackers from the match, other people or the hacker will try to get rid of you. It's sad that regular, legit and loyal players are the one who is suffering. We play by the rules, but we always end up being kicked because we tried to kick a hacker or that we are just genuinely good at the game.
There's too many flaws about this game, i'm a huge fan of CrossFire. But they way you guys run the game just makes me speechless.
You guys either have incompetent workers, or you guys just seem to not do anything about these problems. A decent company would have done the fixes years ago, but you guys think it's a better option to deliver more product to get a heftier paycheck.
There's plenty of free games that has no form of micro transactions, and some games that are valued under 50$. Which are GREAT games for a decent prices. But in CrossFire, a game that isn't doing so great. And 50$ and less is apparently not gonna give so much in the game. Many players spend over 100$ or maybe over 1000-2000$ on CrossFire. That's an insane amount of money, and is it worth it? Not at all. The Devs apparently can't keep their promises, and can't keep the community clean. But these other free games or those games that cost 50$, they have no issues with customer service, hackers, bugs, lags, server problems etc.... Is it not weird?
I would love to get a response by a GM or have some sort of debate about this game, since it's something serious to be talk about.
We've the right to know.

I have been a way too busy recently to play & check the large number of hackers ppl are complaining about ...on the other hand what I see here on the forums of the devs reaction is that they are seeking for suitable solutions asap so we have nothing to do right now but playing PVE modes, playing with friends so we can kick hackers easily and have a good cover against kick votes against us or just play other games till cf is fixed and just wait till the inspiration comes to them ._.

We are always getting rid of hackers, logging bugs, we've had many changes implemented that the community have asked about, and our customer service ticket response time is the fastest it has ever been of CrossFire NA.

Whatever your opinion may be, we are looking at solutions to stop hacking always. Yes, we have seen a rise in numbers recently. We are working tirelessly to rectify that. Its not as simple as pressing a button. I wish it were, and if it were I would have hammered the ever living hell out of that button ages ago. No, the company is not lazy, yes we care, and no we are not in it only for the money. My team in particular is made of people who love games in general, and have worked many hours well outside the required range to make sure this game continues on a good path. So yes we care.

Z8Games, and more importantly the GMs you see, do not have direct influence to say 'this is what the content will be'. That is a developer decision, and while we can argue certain things, and often do, it is ultimately up to them. I will add though, that there are plenty of players who play completely free of the black market system and seem to enjoy their time, so yes, there is more to this game than just capsules.

The community in fact gets very involved in the problems they are concerned about. We have many threads with people giving ideas, people voicing concerns, etc. If you had more than 3 posts in these forums, you may be aware of that. I do agree that it is sad that loyal players would suffer. Unfortunately, the kick vote system is entirely controlled by players, and will stay that way. We do not interfere in the kick vote.

I would be open to hearing the flaws you think are in the game, in a more respectful sounding ticket. And believe me, the options chosen do not deliver anyone a 'heftier paycheck'. They are chosen because our managers and the developers truly believe it to be the best path currently available for the game as a whole.

If you have an issue with customer service, please let me know directly in a PM what ticket was the issue and I can have it looked into. If you have an issue with a hacker, please submit a replay via the hack report system. If you notice a bug, please submit it in a ticket or the Bug Report Thread we have here on the forums. Server problems are always looked into immediately, so you can let us know at any time via ticket, pm, forums, etc.

You guys are always quiet about issues. I mean, obviously you guys telling us won't get anything fixed, but at least we have an idea of what is going on. Also, a GM per week checking the reports would be nice, even though at this moment it doesn't matter because they can just create a new one or google free accounts.
I just really hope this gets sorted soon and I know CFNA is not the only version with a hack wave. I want to have fun and not login just to rush an event. Good luck with whatever methods you guys are trying to get rid of the hackers. -

Honestly I understand your frustration, but keep in mind they are not obligated to give us details, I do agree in the past we got almost 0 information but now it has gotten a lot better, so lets not push it but appriciate it ☺ -

I literally get vote kicked every match. Do you think it's fun to spend nearly 30min of your own time on every match, knowing that you will lose all progress because people think you're cheating? It isn't really that fun to get kicked so often, people mass abuse this kick system.
The server has been unstable lately, especially today. It was slow as hell, couldn't join any servers. Took like 10 min to get into UK server 4, and took another 10 min to get into a channel. The shop and inventory was also slow.
Hackers is the largest problem, played 1 match on HMX today. Stumbled upon 4 fly hackers in one lobby, that's says a lot. HMX, ranked match, ghost mode and TDM is where you most commonly find these cheaters.
There's no reason to play the game an this point when you find these hackers so commonly in matches, and or end up getting kicked so often. I really think the kick system should be renewed, or at least show that your being kicked without click ESC all the time. Because if you know who is vote kicking you and abusing the kick system, it would be easier to report them with screenshot proof.
