antivirus for crossfire exeptions

Its very old so i want someone to tell me the best FREE antirus for crossfire exeptions too.Screenshots to find exeptions will help too thnx.

I use Avast! antivirus and I don't think I had to add anything to exceptions, but it's relatively easy to do so anyway.
