Error 12%

Guys when i join in the game and it loads up to 12% it sends me error and close..
I downloaded the game again but still the same
Can you help me please?

Hi! This is basically a resolution issue. Your game resolution is trying to be bigger than your pc resolution. The result is an error when the client tries to expand (exactly at 12% of loading). I recommend changing your PC resolution to be higher, or your game resolution to be smaller.

For your pc resolution its in your display settings. For in-game resolution, check the options tab

Either:

In-game click on options, graphics, then change the resolution to something smaller (Smallest is 800x600 I believe, try that and then go up until you find one that doesn't work, then use the one before that)

Or

If you have Windows 8/8.1/10 right click the desktop, click display settings, advanced display settings, then change the resolution to the one at the top of the list and click apply. If your screen goes black don't worry. You can either wait 15 seconds or press esc and your screen will return to normal. Keep trying them starting at the top and then getting lower until you find one that works. Once you find one that works, click on Keep changes.
