As mentioned, please submit a ticket. It could be a old chargeback or maybe you did some surveys and they found an inconsistency in a response and flagged it (in which case they're wanting you to pay for the ZP to compensate). You never know.

You said you got locked up so I assumed it was at least half a year. Anyways a lot of ppl share info, that's the problem. Also if they were stupid enough to cheat then they might as well be stupid enough to get caught as they logged in by the anti-cheat, aka never got in game, aka insta-banned.
