Ranked games.

So,i saw a friend reaching Platinum in cfeu,and got hyped to play a ranked game,i joined one and 8/10 players were hacking. i was getting instakilled by people under the map or people running at the speed of light. And here is my question:how can cfeu differ so much in hacking conditions,i mean there are almost no hackers there in ranked games tbh.meanwhile in cfna 80% of a ranked game are hackers, 50% of ANY mutant mode game are speeders. can someone explain what is going on?WORST PART? MANY TIMES i see a hacker that has a zp gun that i spent more than 400 crates on it,and this guy got it,probably with 10 or smth) and he just HACKS!!!
