Hack report?

I reported a hacker 2 times and he didn't get banned. I specified his name,round and time. Are you GM's support hackers or what??? Why he didn't get banned yet?
He has 1 star rank and use speed run and speed knife.
Are hack reporting work?

I have had this issue for like 3 years now. Honestly I have given up on reporting people since the people i've reported in Ranked Mode are on the Main Page as top players of Ranked Mode LOL.

i think they don't care. I reported this hacker 2 times. first time i reported him a few months ago, and the second report was 1 week ago, Lets tell him to HAVE FUN with his "multi function hack" because i dont think he will get banned.

He is the only 2 stars rank hacker i seen.

GM sel hacks for money so that why i dont report this game wil never be like cs that alot ppl quite. z8 do nothing only take our money 1 reason to no recharge

Me and my clan mate reported this player over 3 weeks ago. And this player still has the honorable soldier ribbon. This player seems to prefer hero mode to hunt for victims.

Yes, because after some players reported him, he still play this game without any problem. I think GM's won't ban high rank vvip hackers
So the rules aren't for everyone

Let me be more clear, because clearly you didn't understand.

We do care, and they (REPORTS IN GENERAL) are always looked into. Does this mean we have gotten to your reports yet? Not necessarily. Thanks.
