How do I change my email address?

Hi, so recently I realized that the email I have signed up with somehow isn't mine which is weird because I recall using my general email for it, however I also can't change it because obviously I don't have the email it's link too and I can't send a ticket in because I don't know the account creation date since they don't tell you that either and you have to have it memorized and I don't know what it means by payment verification? Any help ?

U dont need the email to change it, just login on ur account go to my account and
u have there the option to change email.

It says that I need to verify the steps using the email I signed up with but I don't know what email that is cause it isn't mine

Than u need to send a ticket to support page, and how would be that anyway to make an account using someones else email.

It's annoying cause I don't have access to a lot of information like Account creation date, payment verification, payment method, security question, and even the security question I choose so I don't see how they're expecting me to get that information
