When i join a game it shuts down!!PLS HELP!

My Problem is when i will join a game sometimes my window is black and when i click on the window it shuts down. It meens No Answer= on germany= Keine Rückmeldung

Its called a ''crash'' xD . Sometimes happens to me in Clan wars, not sure how to troubleshoot, but had you got any other programms running at the same time?
