Crossfire Map Load Crash

I hope someone can provide a fix for this, but about one out of every 10 times I try to load a new map for a match, it comes up with a little window and the title of it is "CROSSFIRE ERROR" and in the box it says "send error report?" and a O.K. and a cancel option.

Hope someone can help me.
