Level Bug? Or CrossFire Circus? HELP!

Hey fellas, here's what I found a very interesting joke, so after completing the Silver Major rank, I went straight to this Major but Gold, and now, I will have to do it all over again, reason is unknown, but this is a hell of a joke im going to tell you!

To any adminstrator watching this tell me what sense does this make, is this a circus or? THIS DOESN'T MAKE ANY SENSE WHAT SO EVER, like always you dont care, I just want to know why youre making this stupid crap, just tell me why and what sense does this make? Making me complete a rank, do another, and then sent back to the rank I took months to complete? WHAT THE HELL!!

And for the curious ppl that may be commenting useless crap, I went from Captain 8 to Major and did it all to 8 (where im currently at) and now im gonna have to do Lieutenant Colonel which is the same thing as Major all over again, which again, doesn't make any sense because I've done it already!

Hm that's very weird, never seen that before.
1)nobody did this on purpose
2) obviously it doesn't make any sense
3)submit a support ticket
