How do they ban? ip or just account?

Hello,

I don't know why but I am getting banned any accounts I makes, it would just works for a day then, then next day I try to login it say I blocked?

So I just want to know how does there banning system works? do they ban by ip or the account only? If is ip address then what If I am sharing the same internet in apartment complex and there are other people in complex playing and possibly one of them using a hack? Do we get ban too because they're are using hack? How is fair for people who doesn't hack on that complex? We all have different computer.. because I am getting ban for every accounts I make? why? I have send many tickets but no help they don't even answer to question you ask they just say same thing over and over "After careful investigation, this account was found to be involved in actions that violated our Terms and Conditions.

Violation: Hacking/Using Malicious or Game Altering Software
Suspension Duration: Permanent" but I haven't used anything that would makes me get banned?

Ticket support isn't even helping neither they are not even giving answer to question I have asked. I don't know who is going to help me regrading this or I guess I might need to move on some other FPS looks like.
