i have problem when i play cross fire i got some thing [Error] Do you want report? . i choose ok
but when i try to log in again it said to me [My account has permanently blocked ] .
i want solve it . and i send many tickets but that isn't help me i think.
i think you will help me . and before ban i bought new vip D.e vip and after ban i bought 20k zp to unblock my account

It sounds like what happened was that you got a charge-back and had to pay 20k ZP to fix the problem. If this is the case then the error messages are unrelated. If it wasn't a charge-back then I have absolutely no idea what you are talking about with the 20K ZP, however, in either case you can and SHOULD send a support ticket to find out exactly what was happening with your account.

But yeah, if you send a ticket (which you did) you should get a reply explaining if you got banned for hacking or for a chargeback. If its for cheating then its bye bye acc. If its a charge back you will have to pay what you owe z8 to get your account back.
Might help if you explain what kind of reply you got from support.

Maybe that other pc did in fact have cheats installed which got you banned...
