Items from storage, zp crates, coupons disappeared

Issued started Oct 4th, 2017. When I went to storage under items tab everything was gone. I had hundreds of zm rewards and boxes. All my ZP crates and coupons also disappeared. I can't play wave mode because all my class cards I had also has disappeared. I do not how to explain this any further ALL my items, ZP CRATES AND COUPONS has disappeared! Everytime I play a zm game, wave or buy crates items goes into the item tab in storage but as soon as I log out and back in to check everything keeps disappearing! Below are some screenshots.

Sounds like you need to send a ticket, I doubt anyone here can help you

oh my god! All items dissapeared! What happend? OMG, i hope this will never happend to me!! I hope the GM can help you fast!
