Do you mean for the Monthly Mixup? No, just a daily should work.

It says it's not available, been like that since yesterday.

EDIT: Oh, it seems to be working now. Yesterday it wasnt, I checked multiple times a day, and gave me the same error all day. My bad.

For me it's working. Even tracking... but somehow I have 1/15 while I completed the every daily mission from the first day of the month....
