Forgot User ID

I forgot my user id for my other account, the website lets you recover the password but where is the option to recover the user ID? What's the point of recovering a password or changing it if you can't even use your email to log in.

Unfortunately there's indeed no option for recovering ID currently, you will have to remember it, so good luck.
Try to save a written/typed copy of such info in the future.

Actually, this is wrong. Nobody can restore your ID if you forget it. I recommend checking your old emails to see if you still have it in there somewhere.
