You're looking at either 1st November Update or 1st December update. As like Virus has stated it's usually every 2 months sometimes 3 months. And the last one was released on the 1st September update.

IF i'm correct in believing that this week will not have an update and that the 1st October update won't be until the 10th (we'll likely find out tomorrow) then updates usually occur every 2 weeks with a few exceptions. (this period being one of those exceptions I think) so then the first November update will likely be on the 7th of November and the 1st December update will likely be on 5th of December. The pre-order time period is usually announced about 1-week ahead of time before actual release which happens on those updates.
