I'm sorry, I know this is "an issue we're currently working on. Please submit hacking reports and we'll ban them." But this isn't working. Simply just submitting a report, 'then woohoo all the hackers are gone!' is not how it works. I don't know why I should even spend more time and help support this game anymore if you can't even fix this ONE PROBLEM. Other things like bugs, glitches, errors, bad patches are fine, but this hacking problem is just absurd. You people only do a patch twice a month, one can question what you're doing in between these two time periods: slacking off, not caring, some personal issue that'll prevent you from helping more? The situation is downright hideous and all of you are just sitting back in your chairs counting the money that I, WE'VE been spending on this game. If you can't even fix this ONE DAMN PROBLEM, then I'm not supporting this game in anyway ever again, and I hope some people will agree with me. Also, it's not even that you don't fix the problem when you have only two maintenances to complete in a WHOLE MONTH that's bad, but the fact that you won't even give us any damn info on the problem. YOU WON'T EVEN TALK ABOUT IT. It's not that hard to take like 10 minutes to post something in the announcement section about the hacking problem, yet you'll take the time to reply to posts like these and try to give us shiitty answers for excuses. I seriously think something is being covered up, maybe that they actually don't care or something, or maybe they're working with the hackers. YOU CAN'T EVEN MAKE A SMALL NOTE OR COMMENT ABOUT IT IN THE MAINTENANCE THREADS SAYING WHAT'S GOING ON WITH THAT SITUATION. Yet you come to these kinds of posts, try to cover up for yourself then close the threads and don't even give us a chance to respond. You said you do take some suggestions, but I haven't seen a single goddamned suggestion that was implemented into the game or done. I am really sick of this ambiguity, of being in the dark, not having ANY information whatsoever. I understand that you might be working hard to deal with these hackers and you're actually trying your best (which I doubt strongly), but AT LEAST give us the courtesy to have some sort of explanation, update on the situation, etc. It doesn't even have to be long, a few sentences will do. We don't want to hear that same old crappy "We are working our best to solve this problem. Please send in your replays so we can ban them." Maybe if you actually DID take some action, we'd be somewhere going towards somewhere good in this mess. To be honest, I'd rather sacrafice the already low amount of patches for some action taken into preventing hackers from hacking the game. At the end of the day, I'm only one person trying to speak for the community, I'm not asking for much. I'm not asking you to give me all the vips and permanent weapons in the game, all I'm asking is that you do something. If I came off as rude, I apologize, I used to love this game so much, that's why I spent my time and money on this game, but until you fix the problem, I'm done. I know this thread is probably just going to get closed like the rest, but it's natural, Z8 doesn't care at all.

I understand you're frustrated. I think we all are. Unfortunately, some situations just aren't black and white. It's not that they don't have 10 minutes to update you guys. However, is spending 10 minutes updating you guys that they're working as hard as they can to review replays and ban hackers really going to satisfy anyone?

I know you think no one is listening, but the GMs do care about your feedback. Z8 as a company may be void of compassion, but the people that you see aka the GMs that are "the face of the company" have never turned a blind eye to player's concerns. Also, they have taken player's suggestions (i.e. KVS system is something major players all rallied for, to which they listened - the irony is now some of the players who demanded the change want it back to the way it was).

Anyway, you wanted to know "they" are listening, I just wanted to let you know they are. There is no discussion here, sorry. If you have any further concerns on this topic, feel free to PM me and we can discuss.
