Them Crate Tickets though...
I'm pretty confused on why the reward was changed to Crate Tickets if you lot are stuggling to give them out aswell lol. Like I thought the whole reason why it was changed was cause it would of been easiler to reward people with the Crate Tickets rather than the Colour Crates but I am here still waiting for them Crate Tickets and I don't want to be waiting in October aswel.
Like let's be real here, when was the last event we were given our rewards the day they said we would get our rewards? Cause at this point you lot should just increase the end date to when you lot know you can give out the reward or at least just give people the rewards they deserve once the event trackers say everything is done.

Still doesn't change the fact that it's been like 2 weeks since the event has ended and this isn't the first time we haven't gotten our rewards on the end date as we should. -
Trying to follow z8's thought process would make anyone confused. So dont even bother, just wait till next patch and hope we get 15 or 20 tickets for the fact we cant purchase exclusive crates like the ones we were promised and the 2+ weeks of waiting.

pretty much this. The unfortunate thing is that the next update when they will be distributed is likely not until the 10th of October based on the timer of the farewell crates. I mean it's POSSIBLE we'll get a maintenance on this upcoming tuesday night of the 3rd. But the fact that'd leave farewell crates with 7 days left on their timer and the only times we've gotten maintenance like that is when an 'emergency' comes up or at the very end of a month when they couldn't fit something into the 2nd update for unknown reasons. Which such a long delay is something I feared was going to be the case as soon as we didn't get it at the maintenance at events end. though it's likely the reason they don't want to dish it out otherwise is because they don't want to waste normal work hours doing this when they have other things on their plate so instead they'll be saving it for maintenance nights when they'll likely have some downtime here and there that they can look through logs and reward out appropriately and everyone will get it all at once so that it also prevents something like Player A getting theirs and mentioning it in-game or on forums that they got theirs and then Player B spamming the forum or support section with "WHY DIDN'T I GET MINE WHEN THEY GOT THEIRS!!!!!?!?!?!?!?!?!!!11!!" kinda crap that then has to get dealt with as well.
Ultimately....the inconvenience of waiting on this reward isn't that big of an issue to me.....the fact that events keep having issues between trackers and delayed rewards is certainly more of a concern especially since about this time last year we were having very similar issues with events as well so it seems to be a trend for this time of year. Considering that right now events is the only reason to get on and play too at that due to the MASSIVE hacking wave that is currently on-going and permeating beyond the usual modes that get hit hard...they really need to focus in on either putting whatever anti-hacker plans they might have into action....or make sure events run completely smooth...which will only be harder and harder if the hacking issue gets worse and worse. -

You're playing S&D. Port, lets say. You're killing it, going like 12/1. People are accusing you of hacking you're doing so good. We decide now is a good time to distribute the free crate tickets to everyone who completed any tier of that part of the event above Grade F. Imagine how many people that is. Now imagine the amount of free crate tickets we're distributing. Imagine the load on the server as those are added to every single account that participated. Why I didn't get my ep from the back to basics event although I did everything required and the tracker says that I completed every task?
Why I have an open ticket related to that issue and STILLl open since the event ended?xYz
