Recover account

I know that probably you have very posts like this one, asking for help to recover accounts, instead of use the CrossFire Support, but I have a doubt. Some time ago I had an account, named iSteals, it was a good account, some nice guns etc, but one day I tried to enter and the password wasn't the same, so I didn't worried because I had the e-mail adress. I went to the "Forgot password" page, put the e-mail and just said that the e-mail that I was inserting didn't had a match with any account. So I entered in my main account and sent a ticket, with all the info that I have (Payments methods, transaction ID's, first IGN and other IGN's, first e-mail, first password, first gun that I won in ZP Black Market, the days of the transactions, the prints of several e-mail of Z8 Games Support, prints of PaySafeCard account regarding the purchase of ZP in the game, everything.

Now you thinking, "Oh maybe someone had change the e-mail" and I ask you, when you change an e-mail, one e-mail is sent to your current registered e-mail to you confirm that change, so how it could be changed if I never received any e-mail? other question, how could someone trade the e-mail without less information than me, and how is possible that I sent several tickets and they say that I don't have the full information? Can someone explain how it works, how can the don't assist me just because they changed my e-mail, and obviously if they changed my e-mail I can't fill the gap "current registered e-mail" lool

  • If you don't have enough information, the account email cannot be changed. If someone else has the information, they can change it via support without needing to send an email to your current registered email. We also had an event that allowed users to change some of their information, so if someone had your account during this time that could also be a factor. Your only option is to send a ticket. Please do so.
  • I know Kanadian and I aprecciate your answer, but I can't even send you a ticket because you will always answer me with an auto message, I think just weird, I have the payments the prints of all PaySafeCard, all e-mail, but without the current registeres e-mail I can't do nothing.

    As you can see (what is inside the red box) is the only gap that I don't know... You can search the account doesn't even log in at several time, is just stupid with all the information that I provide to you I can't recover my own accounts, omg...
  • Sorry for all this post and etc, but put you in my case, for no reason one day I can't login, with all my information, I have even the codes of PaySafeCards, even the DAY of the purchase, seriously try to improve your support, and know when do you have to discart a request or when you have to investigate better.
