In-Game clan not working & CrossFire Patcher V13 Error

Ok, here's the issue I've been having lately which is quite alot beginning to annoy the heck out of me, I am in a Portuguese clan (since im from Portugal, of course) for more than two years now, and no one is ever active, neither we do anything, therefore as I returned to CrossFire earlier, to be more precise, a few weeks ago, and I am looking for a active clan, that does clan wars, so when I click in "clan" in-game, nothing happens, well sometimes it freezes my game and I have no choice but to close the game via tabbing out and closing it, don't ask me how and why because I have no clue, I also tried logging into my Z8 account and try leave it but apparently that "option" if we can call it that is gone, so as I have my forum account opened, I also tried going in-game and try, but again, or it either freezes my game and im forced to close it, or nothing happens at all if you click there billions of times, to be honest theres many bugs in this game and the fact the adminstrators dont care about it just annoys me off even more, there's been the same bugs for YEARS AND YEARS, and apparently, still, my question about this is, WHY? Do you like your game to be known as a game thats full of bugs and people complaining about it 24/7? Im just wondering here, and stating the truth.

Another issue ive been having alot lately, and please keep in mind that because this is happening to me doesn't mean it happens to anyone else, which is when I try to log in-game this "Crossfire Patcher V13" pops up, but after several times the game loads and I am able to play, sometimes the game just loads normally without any of this occuring during the way, please tell me how can I fix this, if you actually have information that helps.

Here's the error I've mentioned.

  • Clanpage froze once I restarted crossfire after that it worked fine for me..
  • 1. Add corssfire to antivirus and firewall exception list (or windows defender - this is default windows protection if you don't use any other antivirus programs )

    2. Go to Cross Fire folder location , right click , properties - uncheck read only , apply

    3. Launch game as administrator and compatibility mode windows 7 (this can be set permanently from CF shortcut properties)

P.S. Also you game should not be installed on default location C:\Program Files\Z8 Games\Cross Fire , instead install your game on a different partition , like D:\ or E:\ .....
Your problem could be also from next reason : you have restore points enable on windows 10 , any file changes on C:\ are backup and restored when your PC restart (obvious any file change on cross fire will be restored to a previous version)

Thanks, but none of that actually did work, I will try uninstall and intall the game..
